Pre-Qualifying For A Loan

If you provide us with the information listed below, we can get started on a debt capacity analysis for your church, at no cost or obligation. We can also provide you with a term sheet that would include a proposed loan structure and pricing options.

To pre-qualify for a loan, please provide us with:

• Minimum of three years of financial statements (five years is preferable) and a Year-to-Date financial statement for the current year. Include both balance sheets and income statements.

• Minimum of three years average adult worship attendance.

• Annual contributions from each of the largest 15 donors for the previous year (the names of the donors are not required).
